Robin Pou, Founder & Senior Vice President of Business Affairs, is charged with coordinating all legal matters for the company, ranging from intellectual property to partner agreements and overseeing all contractual relationships.

Pou is trained as an attorney and practiced law for five years in Dallas and the Silicon Valley, focusing on corporate transactional law and corporate litigation. He represented medium to large corporations and emerging growth companies before leveraging that experience into a career in the entertainment and media industries.

Pou has served at the executive level within several software companies, including one that specializes in donor management software. Pou previously served as COO of Starwire, a software company focusing on Web content management, where he utilized the company's network of 4,200 participating sites to market and promote entertainment events.

As a founding member of Gaylord Digital, Pou was responsible for all Web-based initiatives and Internet strategies for 26 business units in the music, media, entertainment, sports and hospitality industries. As vice president of e-business operations, he managed numerous entertainment properties, creating Web-based business strategies designed to increase an entity's reach and enable direct channel sales.

With his blend of legal and entertainment experience, Pou is highly attuned to the issues of rights management and the implications for the labels, artists and consumers.
