PassAlong Networks and Zoran Corporation Combine to Deliver Live Content at CES "Media at the Speed of Life" Concert Demonstrates Content Delivery Capabilities Franklin, Tenn. — Jan. 9, 2007 — PassAlong Networks™, developer of digital media services and innovations, and Zoran Corporation (Nasdaq: ZRAN) hosted "Media at the Speed of Life," a live concert intended to showcase technology designed to enhance the Connected Consumer™ experience by creating, capturing, publishing and distributing live content directly to the World Wide Web. "Our joint presentation with Zoran is the first demonstration of the latest developments within our technology innovations portfolio, all of which are designed to enhance the experience of the Connected Consumer," said Dave Jaworski, co—founder and CEO of PassAlong Networks. "This is the first example of how we are extending our StoreBlocks™, OnTour® and Speakerheart™ products to enable seamless delivery of rich content to all types of connected consumer devices."The "Media at the Speed of Life" concert, which featured the band Crew, was transmitted instantaneously to a television and onto the World Wide Web, where consumers can download the performance onto multiple portable consumer electronic devices. The performance and the new technology were exhibited on Zoran's digital televisions, Connected Media Device and its Zplayer Ultra Portable Media Player reference design. The combination of PassAlong and Zoran technologies enables the direct retrieval and sharing of audio, video and digital images via broadband and over connected consumer devices that can be used either inside or outside the home. The concert demonstrated how this new technology will allow artists to cost—effectively publish and distribute their personal content by directly uploading it to consumers' living rooms or handheld devices via broadband without the need for PC interaction.
