PassAlong Networks' CEO Presents at Gracenote Detroit Automotive Summit Increased Focus on In-car Downloads in 2008 Franklin, Tenn. — November 29, 2007 — Dave Jaworski, co-founder and CEO of media distribution developer PassAlong Networks™, will deliver a keynote presentation at the annual Gracenote Detroit Automotive Summit today, November 29. "We have a very strong, mutually beneficial relationship with Gracenote and I am honored to be a part of their summit," said Jaworski. "Digital media is rapidly expanding into new places and in-car music downloads look to play a major role in the Connected Consumer™ ecosystem in 2008. We look forward to continuing our work with Gracenote to create innovative products and services for the Connected Consumer.” Earlier this year PassAlong worked with Gracenote to unveil its Connected Consumer technology at the Geneva Auto Show, where they demonstrated how a consumer listening to a song playing on a car radio or satellite receiver can purchase the song using a simple voice command. The system identified and downloaded the song from the PassAlong online music store (www.passalong.com) directly to an integrated device in a luxury sedan.
