CEO Dave Jaworski to Announce Partnership With Winnipeg Folk Festival

Franklin, Tenn. — December 7, 2007 — Dave Jaworski, co-founder and CEO of media distribution developer PassAlong Networks™, will address attendees of the annual Winnipeg Folk Festival's Winter Wassail tonight at the Winnipeg Convention Center. PassAlong is partnering with the Winnipeg Folk Festival to extend the festival's online presence in honor of its 35th anniversary.

"I'm excited to return to Winnipeg and be a part of this event," said Jaworski. "I actually attended my first Winnipeg Folk Festival in 1979 and I still have the sticker on my guitar case. I'm proud to be able to contribute to a festival that played such a big role in my life while growing up in this city."

The Winnipeg Folk Festival will celebrate its 35th anniversary at the 2008 festival, which is scheduled for July 10-13. PassAlong will announce the specifics of its partnership with the Winnipeg Folk Festival later this month.

"Supporting the festival in 2008 is part of our overall emphasis on the Canadian market," added Jaworski. "We will be offering Canadian consumers our complete Connected Consumer™ product line, which includes store building platforms, widgets, wireless device support, retail kiosks and the largest MP3 music catalog available."

PassAlong will feature its full set of products and services, including Storeblocks™, OnTour®, Speakerheart™ and a series of not-yet-announced music widgets at Canada Music Week in Toronto in March.

PassAlong's Canadian partner companies include Nettwerk Music Group and the MTS Centre, where PassAlong pioneered the Concert-of-the-Future™ concept with best-selling artist Brad Paisley.
