PassAlong Networks and Digonex to Provide Dynamic Pricing Capabilities to Media Download Stores

Patented Technology Helps Maximize Revenue, Increase Customer Retention

Franklin, Tenn. — Dec. 13, 2006 — PassAlong Networks™, developer of digital media innovations and services, today announced an agreement with Digonex® Technologies, Inc. that allows PassAlong to use the patented Digonex pricing platform, a dynamic commerce engine that systematically changes pricing based on Internet economics and consumer behavioral principles.

"This agreement with Digonex enables our download store partners to better monitor market demand and adjust pricing as needed," said Dave Jaworski, co—founder and CEO of PassAlong Networks. "The pricing platform helps our stores maximize revenue while ensuring that pricing remains fair and attainable for consumers."

The dynamic pricing feature will be offered as an option in PassAlong's digital media services engine, StoreBlocks™, which provides the building blocks for creating music download stores. The StoreBlocks premium services have already powered the largest store on eBay, Musicland's GrazeMusic.com, and Procter & Gamble's Julie's Jukebox, a digital music store on HomeMadeSimple.com.

The Digonex pricing platform uses its own proprietary algorithm to monitor and adjust actual transactions that occur within product lines. The technology then analyzes the outcomes and makes subsequent recommendations on how to adjust pricing. The results are maximum profit for retailers, maximum revenues for content owners and fair pricing for consumers.

"PassAlong Networks is an ideal candidate for our pricing platform," said Jan Eglan, CEO of Digonex Technologies, Inc. "We created this service to complement the dynamic nature of companies like PassAlong; we specifically designed it to be flexible and portable to meet their evolving needs."
